Please know that when you book your session, you are paying for our time and talent as well as a really great product you’re sure to love. We have done a lot of research and practice on what angles will make you look your best, what lighting will compliment your session and which poses will undoubtedly push your images over the top. All images are professionally edited and re-touched for a finished look.
Your session fee also involves any pre-session consultation time we spend talking about the portrait experience. Even before your session starts, we’ll talk shop about what to wear, tips and tricks for a great shoot, and how to get the most out of our shoot together! It’s important for me to know how you want your images to look and what vibe you want out of them so that I can give you exactly what you want. We want to enhance your session with your personality by incorporating your favorite hobbies, sports — even pets (I love pets!!!!).

After your photo shoot, we will have all of your edited images ready for you online. During your photo session I will answer any and all questions you have so that you can leave the session with the confidence and security that you know exactly what you’re getting and so much more!
There are so many products to choose from to show off your senior portraits including wall portraits, custom digital art composites, albums, digital files, graduation party invitations and announcements, and canvas wall portraits-don't forget you senior sports banner too! These come at an additional fee.

A Little Planning Goes a Long Way!
Style & Accessories
You’ve got style, and you already know how to look your best—in your own way, every day. But your senior portrait session will take a little more planning than outfits for school or going out with friends. Portrait sessions include a number of outfit changes, as well as close-up looks, full-length, and everything in between. So be sure to wear complete outfits from head to toe. The right accessories can go far to add interest and bring your outfit together. If you like hats or scarves, bring one or two of each along with you for your session. And great shoes are a must. Don't forget about your hobbies and pets!
Color and Texture
Have a little fun with layers and textures as you plan your session wardrobe. Flat fabrics and neutrals may sound like logical choices, but don’t limit yourself. Look around your closet for complimentary colors or shades of the same color family to bring a lot of contrast and style to your look.
Outfit standards for girls
1 main piece (leggings, jeans or skirt, a regular top)

We offer our athletes personalized sports banners. We have multiple backdrops for you to choose from. We cover each sport as well as Band and Dance. Each banner is made of high quality vinyl and has rivets professionally placed so your banner is ready to hang as soon as you get it. Prices are based on one set-up per team.

Most of my photography takes place outdoors with the exception of newborn and some other sessions. Your scheduled date and time are sometimes at the mercy of Mother Nature and we may have to reschedule due to rain or other causes. We always do a last minute weather check the day before shooting and will contact you if we feel the need to reschedule. We are not last minute planners but in this case we like to wait until the day before because weather can be finicky and change at any given moment...welcome to TN where we can have all four seasons in the same week!
All sessions include pre-session consultation, our time and talent as well as post processing of orders, editing and retouching. Building packages, creating canvases and designing banner backgrounds are all part of your investment with us. All packages include premium high-quality prints from a professional print lab for an additional fee.
When you get your digitals, you will receive high-resolution digitals with a signed print release. This means you have the freedom to have prints made at the sizes you need, when you need them. My computer has been calibrated to our print lab so that your prints will look their best. Please keep in mind that Wal-Mart and other one hour labs do not offer that same quality, so choose where to have your photos printed carefully.
Images are uploaded into a private, password protected online gallery for you (and whomever you share the password with) to view in the comfort of your own home. This also allows you to log in to view them at work, on your phone at a party, family dinners, etc. and show them off to everyone!
In the event that you need to reschedule your session, please be sure to give us a minimum of 72 hours notice in order to transfer your retainer fee onto another date or time. You must either call, text or email us. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your retainer fee. Rescheduling will be given priority, but is subject to availability.
